"and Reject Emotional Drama..." You are copying too much of the content. It can lead to duplicate content issues. A line or two is fine but more than that is a problem. If that avoids the duplicate content issue please explain. Please let know how you will address this. The awareness itself of being measured accounted for a noticeable increase in productivity. Then people suggested action plans and anxiously awaited next measure. It is indeed necessary if you want gains in productivity, how can you manage what you can't measure in the first place.
