  • 　她表示，纳斯达克其实并不是人们印象中的创业板，而是美国最主要的主板市场，也是全球目前上市条件最高的市场。目前，纳斯达克市场分三个层次，最高层次是纳斯达克全球精选板，第二层次纳斯达克全球板，第三是纳斯达克资本市场板，其中纳斯达克全球精选板是目前世界上上市条件最高的市场。目前绝大多数中国公司通过IPO进入纳斯达克中间板块上市。
